Leicestershire based property solutions company TPS has welcomed two new starters in September.
The first addition is Andy Cooper, who has joined the team as Development Manager with a focus on sourcing and identifying direct development opportunities for TPS to pursue. With 11 years professional experience across diverse fields including estate management, commercial valuation and development, Andy is bringing his wealth of expertise to the established team.
As Development Executive for Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc, Andrew was responsible for identifying and acquiring all formats of store across the North of England and London regions. He has delivered a variety of food retail led regeneration projects and secured planning consent for more than 500,000 sq. ft. of additional space for the retailer.
Katrina Briggs has joined the team as Associate Director, Project Manager. Katrina has extensive design and construction experience within a variety of sectors including residential, commercial, education, leisure, arts and infrastructure.
Katrina’s formative years as a mechanical engineer within a multi-disciplinary practice led her into Design Management and then Project Management providing an enviable breadth of knowledge and insight into the project process.
