Oliver Segal is set to join CBRE as an Associate Director working in the Central London Lease Consultancy team, which is headed by Simon Lewsey. Oliver will be based in CBRE’s Covent Garden office focusing on the Midtown and Southbank landlord markets.
Oliver joins from Capita Property and Infrastructure where he has worked since 2006 gaining extensive experience in landlord and tenant, asset and portfolio management. He has worked with a number of leading clients including AXA REIM, Royal London Asset Management and Henderson Global Investors. Oliver’s arrival will bring the number of fee earners in the lease consultancy team, specialising in London’s office market, to 14, confirming its position as the largest in central London.
