Acting on behalf of private investor Landlords Vickery Holman have recently concluded the letting of 10 River Street, Truro to Saltrock Surfwear.
The property, which had been previously occupied by a national fashion retailer, comprises ground floor retail space of 120 sq m (1292 sq ft) and has first and second floor ancillary accommodation totalling 77 sq m (825 sq ft).
The property was let off an asking rental of £45,000 per annum on a new 15 year lease to the rapidly expanding North Devon based retailers, who will be trading from 14 stores with the addition of this Truro outlet.
