Humberts have recently agreed two separate office lettings at 114/116 High Street, Honiton. The office building provided open plan accommodation. The first floor office suite was available at a rent of £7,950 per annum and had a net internal area of 131.48 sq m (1,415 sq ft) and was let to a national company for office accommodation. Within the same building there was a second floor office suite which was available at a rent of £3,950 per annum and had a net internal area of 64.60 sq m (695 sq ft) and was let to a national charity.
