Skanska UK has announced the promotion of two members of its commercial development team. Liam Coughlan and James Willats, who both joined the team in 2013, have become Development Directors.
Liam was instrumental in delivering Skanska’s greenest UK project – Bentley Works in Doncaster – and is currently completing 66 Queen Square, the 61,497 sqft (5,713 sqm) office development in Bristol that has been majority pre-let to KPMG and pre-sold to Aviva Investors, ahead of construction completion.
James is currently delivering The Monument Building, a 94,000 sqft (8,733 sqm) Grade A office development in The City of London and managing Skanska’s most recent purchase of 51 Moorgate, also in The City.
Andreas Lindelof, Skanska’s Managing Director – Development, comments: “These promotions are well deserved, reflecting the hard work and dedication both Liam and James have shown to Skanska and the continued growth of our development business.”
