Acting on behalf of a private investor, London Clancy have let Unit 3 Queensacre Retail Centre, Church Crookham to Body Image (Hampshire) Limited for a term of 15 years.
Queensacre Retail Centre is a newly developed neighbourhood retail centre on the Taylor Wimpey housing estate and offers generous free customer parking.
The unit measures approximately 1,259 sq ft and was marketed at an asking rent of £22,000 per annum exclusive.
The unit has been taken by Body Image (Hampshire) Limited who will be operating a beauty salon offering a wide range of treatments. They also operate salons in Hartley Wintney, Fleet and Crowthorne.
