Andrew Granger & Co. Ltd, one of the largest independent firms of Chartered Surveyors and Property Agents in the East Midlands, has announced that Stephen Mair has been appointed as an Associate Director.
Stephen who has also recently gained membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) by completing the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) has been with the company since 2012, after graduating from the University of Birmingham with an MSc in Urban and Regional Planning.
Working out of the company’s Market Harborough office, Stephen has responsibility for the provision of planning and development services to a wide range of clients, including landowners, developers, charities and property owners.
Recently promoted, Stephen said “I am pleased to have qualified, and grateful for the support I have received from my colleagues. With the new role comes greater responsibility but I am looking forward to helping the company grow and build on its reputation as experts in planning.”
Andrew Granger & Co. has two Chartered Town Planners along with ten Chartered Surveyors across three offices in Leicestershire at Market Harborough, Leicester and Loughborough. In addition to Planning & Development services, the company also provides a wide range of property services including Estate Agency, Lettings, Commercial and Rural expertise.
