The Midlands office of leading property adviser, Bilfinger GVA, has appointed Alex Marock to its Building Consultancy team.
Alex joins Bilfinger GVA as an Associate from the Birmingham office of property consultancy Knight Frank LLP. Well established in the regional property and construction sector, Alex’s experience also includes roles at independent construction consultancies, The Livemore Partnership and Baily Garner.
This appointment comes at a key time for the Building Consultancy team, following a successful year which has witnessed a sharp spike in demand for its services.
David Martin, Senior Director, Building Consultancy, said: “Alex’s appointment is reflective of the upturn in the market which has led to a growing demand for project management work. This also plays into our wider drive to grow in every other area of Bilfinger GVA, most notably those that complement our strongest service lines.

Alex has the skills and knowledge to assist the team on these and other major high profile schemes and we are thrilled to have another skilled professional on-board.”
Alex has extensive experience of working with clients on a wide range of building types across the office, industrial, residential and retail sectors.
