Humberts have recently agreed the letting of a ground floor office suite at 1 Chartfield House, Castle Street in Taunton town centre. The ground floor office suite had a net internal area of 53.37 m2 (574 ft2) and was recently refurbished including new carpets and redecoration. The office suite also included one parking space in a secured gated car park to the rear. The premises was available at a rent of £4,950 per annum.
Stephen Richards who heads up the Commercial Department for Humberts comments “there seems to be an increase in demand for small office suites of this size across the region due to the increasing confidence within the economic market. We are currently marketing a similar ground floor office suite in No. 4 Chartfield House at a rent of £4,950 per annum which is also self-contained with its own kitchen and WC facilities and also includes one car parking space, which is one of the major requirements for occupiers”.
