Greenaway Scott has announced it will be expanding into new offices as the business continues to experience significant growth.
The business advisory firm, which currently occupies a 1,745 sq ft office at The Maltings in Cardiff, will be taking on a new 2,600 sq ft office in the same building next year.
The new office is part of a wider redevelopment of The Maltings, where the office provider is developing 25,000 sq ft of previously used storage space into new offices, which will be a mixture of self-managed and serviced offices.
Greenaway Scott’s office will be located in House one and will have modern facilities but, at the same time the original features of the Grade II listed building will be retained. These features include exposed brickwork internally, high ceilings and beams.
It will also triple the number of boardrooms and parking spaces designated to the company.
As part of the expansion, Greenaway Scott will be looking to recruit an additional four employees and will have space in the new office for up to 40 members of staff.
