Leading property figure, Mark Burgess, has joined CBRE’s national team as Senior Director of Asset Services and will be based from the firm’s Manchester office.
Mark joins CBRE from his previous role as Managing Director of Capital Properties, a business which he co-founded and, under his stewardship, attained UK and European best place to work status. It is a return to CBRE for Mark who worked for the firm back in 2008 and throughout his impressive career he has also held senior positions at Bruntwood and Savills.
Based in the firm’s Manchester office, Mark will be working as part of CBRE’s national team on projects across the country.
