Colliers International has relocated its South West regional hub to Templeback, the state of the art office scheme in the city’s fast-emerging new business core.
The international real estate advisor now occupies 4,700 sq ft in the contemporary waterfront property, which is one of Bristol’s most prominent Grade ‘A’ office developments and is located in the commercial heart of the city, near to Temple Meads Railway Station, Cabot Circus, and the Temple Bridge ferry stop on the Floating Harbour.
Tim Davies, head of office, said that Templeback, which combines historic Victorian architecture with cutting-edge sustainable design, was the perfect location for the 50-strong Colliers International South West and South Wales team.

Templeback, which was recently acquired by Orchard Street Investment Management, has an ‘excellent’ BREAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Methodology) rating. Features of the building include energy-efficient boilers, high-performance glazing, photovoltaic cells and self-dimming lights.
