National commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has let a high quality office to one of the UK’s leading affordable housing construction companies.
Wates Living Space has moved into Garden Court in the grounds of Lockington Hall close to Junction 24 of the M1 in Lockington, Derby. The 2,057 sq ft single storey office, with 19 car parking spaces, is within the old walled garden of Lockington Hall, which is owned by private clients of LSH.
Wates Living Space builds or refurbishes 30,000 affordable homes annually, and has offices throughout the UK.

Director in LSH’s Nottingham office, Phil Quiggin said, “This is an extremely well-located office building in a pleasant location. We are very pleased to have attracted a discerning, nationally-known tenant on a five year lease.”
Meanwhile LSH is marketing another office building nearby. The Courtyard at Hall Farm, Church Street, Lockington is a Grade II listed building which has been converted to modern offices. The 635 sq ft open plan Unit 7 is available for immediate occupation.
