Goadsby have, on behalf of Threadneedle Pension Trustees Ltd, let Unit 37 Wessex Trade Centre, Poole which extends to 4,429 sq ft with a quoting rental of £31,500 pax. The locally based Tap Warehouse has secured the premises on a new 4 year lease.
Wessex Trade Centre is an established industrial estate with access from and profile to both Ringwood Road and Old Wareham Road.
