Despite the challenging economic conditions and the depressed housing market, Leicestershire-based contractor and developer Moseley Brown is bucking the trend and driving forward with expansion plans that will see the company relocate to larger premises.
Moving into newly renovated offices on Francis Street, in the prestigious Stoneygate area of Leicester, Moseley Brown has seen demand for its bespoke design & build and contracting services increase substantially over the past two years and as a result, require larger premises to house its expanding operations.
Steve Brown, managing director, Moseley Brown said: “These are very exciting times for Moseley Brown. We have seen the company grow rapidly over the past few years, to the point where we have completely outgrown our existing premises.
“We are looking forward to a new era and are confident that our relocation will prove to be pivotal in the company’s future.”
The move to Francis Street will allow Moseley Brown to continue its growth programme and increase both its private and corporate client base.
