A surveyor with more than seven years’ experience in land agency and estate management has joined the professional services team of property and planning specialist Andrew Granger & Co.
Based in the firm’s Leicester office, Jenna Mullan will assist Andrew Robinson, head of the professional services department, on estate management and development projects.
Mr Robinson, a director of the firm, which also has offices in Market Harborough, Loughborough and London, said: “Jenna’s appointment will expand our resources as she will be dedicated full time to assisting clients with the many day-to-day tasks involved in managing land and property. It will also free up other staff members’ time to cope with the growing number of requests for residential valuations we have seen since the election.”
Jenna’s position as assistant surveyor will mean handling the day-to-day management of a large property estate comprising land and farms across the midlands on behalf of a charity. The work includes supervising repairs to cottages, managing tenancies, tenancy agreements, rent reviews and collections. She will also help to research and advise clients on opportunities for generating solar energy.
Jenna, from Oakham, is studying for a distance learning degree in estate management with Reading University and has now embarked on a two-year programme of qualification with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Andrew Granger & Co is a leading property and planning specialist in the East Midlands. The firm’s 50 staff and partners include planners, surveyors and other qualified property professionals, providing rural, commercial and residential property services.
