Goadsby have, on behalf of Bournemouth Airport, let Building 399 Aviation Business Park to Hobbycraft. Hobbycraft have taken a new lease on the building which extends to approximately 14,178 sq ft and we were quoting a rental of £45,000 per annum exclusive.
The building was one of two hangars that were available on the estate; the remaining semi-detached blister style premises is 10,932 sq ft with an internal ridge height of 6.2m and is available to let at £35,000 pax.
