Knight Frank has acted on behalf of landlord La Salle Investment Management in the letting of 13,327 sq ft of office space at Unit 11, Patchway Trading Estate to Mitie.
Mitie has taken a 10 year lease on the offices, to provide a new base for its lighting division.
Unit 11 occupies a prominent site at the entrance to Patchway Trading Estate, North Bristol, which is immediately adjacent to the Mall Shopping Centre at Cribbs Causeway and within one mile of junction 17 of the M5 motorway.
Andy Smith, associate in Knight Frank’s Bristol offices team, said: “The proximity of Patchway Trading Estate to the transport network makes it an attractive choice, and the configuration of the refurbished building will enable the company to use the ground floor as a workshop for its local activities.”
Chris Grazier of Hartnell Taylor Cook acted for Mitie. He said: “The two-storey building at Unit 11 benefits from a high car parking ratio and provided an excellent solution to Mitie’s very specific requirement.”
