Real estate advisor Colliers International continues its recruitment drive with the appointment of Nick Twigg as Head of Building Consultancy for the Northern region.
Nick Twigg joins from Bilfinger GVA to head Colliers’ Building Consultancy and Project Management teams in the North. With 17 years of experience in building surveying, Nick specialises in city centre offices, advising clients from acquisition through to all stages of property cycle, including; acquisition advice, dilapidations, feasibility studies, refurbishment projects and asset enhancement. Most recently, Nick has advised a national care provider on the relocation of their head office from four local offices into two; one 40,000 sq ft building in Bradford, with the other in central London.
In his new role, Nick will head Colliers’ building surveying and project management teams across the North of England, working across the major cities of Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Sheffield and Newcastle.
