Pauline Glen is a highly recommended name in the field of commercial property, having worked in the sector for over nineteen years with London firms Ingram Winter Green and Watson Farley & Williams. Specialising in Stamp Duty Law Tax, Pauline has extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of commercial property including investment, development and secured lending work – she will be a huge asset to the ELS Legal team.
Pauline is joining ELS Legal in the midst of a number of exciting changes and moves for the firm. Partner Richard Spector has recently secured two major deals – firstly the collaboration and global partnership with Chinese law firm Hao Tai and secondly being approved as a Due Dliigence Partner for the GXG Stock Exhange.
