Global instrument cluster manufacturer UK NSI – which works with leading brands in the automotive industry including Jaguar Land Rover and BMW – has expanded its Redditch base to Manor Side Industrial Estate to cater for its growing business.
UK-NSI is the UK branch of Nippon Seiki which provides instrument cluster for vehicle manufacturers worldwide. The Japanese firm established a base in the UK over 30 years ago and employs over 400 people from its Redditch centre, covering both sales and manufacturing.
It has now taken two units at Manor Side Industrial Estate to allow for the expansion of the business both within the UK automotive industry and across Global exports.
It is the latest in a number of disposals for KGA Chartered Surveyors who have experienced a significant increase in interest at Manor Side Industrial Estate following the regional resurgence of the property market.
Providing a cost effective solution for occupiers seeking high quality units in a highly accessible location, Manor Side Industrial Estate has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment of Units 26-29 which are filling a gap in the market for high quality industrial stock in the region.

Located off Walkers Road which is accessed from the A4023 Coventry Highway, Manor Side is situated approximately three miles to the south of junction 3 of the M42 which provides excellent access to the Midlands motorway network.
KGA alongside Knight Frank are now promoting the final two refurbished units in the North Moons Moat area of Redditch.
