Harris Lamb has appointed senior surveyor Shirley Greenlees to its Birmingham team.
Shirley joins the property management team, bringing more than 10 years’ experience within the sector including King Sturge and JLL.
Gert Corfield, director at Harris Lamb, said: “We continue to develop our team to ensure we provide the service levels that out clients have come to expect. A number of colleagues had worked with Shirley in the past and spoke very highly of her abilities.
“We are delighted to have Shirley join the team – her knowledge of the sector and the Midlands is second-to-none, and she has played a key part in the past managing some of Birmingham’s trophy buildings.
“Her extensive experience makes her a welcome and valuable addition to our department, and her proven track record will make her a real asset in supporting existing instructions and our expanding client portfolio.” he added.
Shirley said: “Having begun my property career 11 years ago as a PA to a partner at King Sturge, I developed an interest in the property sector, and in surveying in particular. I went on to gain an honours degree in Estate Management via The College of Estate Management and then completed the graduate training course at JLL, before becoming RICS qualified in 2009. By this point in time, I had already carved a niche within property management.
“Joining Harris Lamb marks a new challenge for me and a return to closer client relationships , taking a hands-on approach at a smaller, successful consultancy.
“The business has an excellent reputation and its award-winning track record speaks for itself. I look forward to being part of such a successful company,” she added.
