Commercial property adviser Knight Frank has secured five new tenants for the new owners of Newminster House in central Bristol.
The seven storey Newminster House office building in Baldwin Street, in Bristol city centre, was recently purchased by Chadwick Holdings.
Andy Smith, associate in Knight Frank’s offices agency in Bristol, said: “Having been involved in the sale of the office building to Chadwick Holdings, we have now helped them to attract a raft of new occupiers.
Digital Engineering Ltd has leased 1,444 sq ft on the sixth floor on a five year lease, while the Venn Group Ltd has taken a further 665 sq ft on the first floor on a three year lease.
Recruit UK Limited has also expanded within the building, taking 1,041 sq ft on the first floor on a three year lease.
The Meningitis Research Foundation has taken leases of 2,371 sq ft on the first floor, and 561 sq ft on the ground floor, and Best Practice Networks is moving from Victoria Street into 2,855 sq ft offices on the third floor. The company’s lease is for a period of five years.
Andy Smith added: “The new owners have invested in refurbishing the offices to create bright, modern open-plan space around a central core and their foresight is paying dividends in terms of attracting new tenants.”
