Woodford and Company, on behalf of Private Clients who purchased as an investment two warehouse/industrial units at Devonshire Business Park, Basingstoke, announce that both buildings are already let.
The scheme built approximately 7 years ago, is located in Knights Park Road on the Houndmills Industrial Estate, just off the northern Ring Road and adjacent to Knights Retail Park. Both buildings were let separately and extend to approximately 1,600 sq.ft each. Neither tenants were local; Pressure Test Limited are based in Wokingham and are specialist suppliers of room integrity testing for organisations with gaseous fire suppression systems. The other tenant is Machine Tool Technologies who are based in Burnley.
Both units attracted a rent of £14,500 per annum on conventional lease terms without incentives. Woodford and Company arranged the lettings on behalf of the investor.
