Goadsby Commercial have recently completed three office lettings in Winchester.
Goadsby are pleased to announce the completion of a new lease at Cromwell House on Andover Road, Winchester to T2 Architects. Following completion of the new sublease, the architecture practice project managed a programme of refurbishment and fit out of the space over 4 weeks and are now delighted to be in occupation.

And Goadsby have also announced the completion of a new lease at Talbot House, Staple Gardens to Abbie Lang. Following the successful application to Winchester City Council to vary the user clause, the new tenant will shortly be operating a cosmetic surgery clinic from Suite 1.
