NG Chartered Surveyors and joint agents FHP have been instructed to market a new retail unit with offices at the popular Carlton Hill shopping area in Nottingham.
The property is currently under construction, due for completion in March 2012. Once finished it will offer 3,600sq ft of retail space on the ground floor and 3,500sq ft of office space on the first floor.
