DTZ has appointed three new Surveyors to its Birmingham office.
Claire Garrett and Andrew Broome both join as Senior Surveyors in the Global Occupier Services and Valuation teams whilst Simon Broome joins the Property Management team as a Surveyor.
Claire joins DTZ from the Derby office of Innes England, where she worked predominantly for the Co-operative Group covering the Central and Eastern region. In her new role she will be undertaking property management for a national client largely covering its retail and office portfolio in the North, Scotland and Ireland.
Joining DTZ from Daniel & Hulme, Andrew brings 10 years’ experience in landlord & tenant, commercial valuations, management and agency having worked primarily for two housing associations in Stoke and Staffordshire. In his new role he will be carrying out a range of commercial valuations for regional and national clients.
Simon Broome was formerly with Severn Trent Water in Coventry where he was a Senior Land Advisor. He joins DTZ’s SIPP (Self-Invested Personal Pensions) property team and will be dealing with new leases, lease renewals, assignments, sub-lettings, licences to alter and general day-to-day property management issues.
Jon Leedham, International Director and Head of DTZ’s Birmingham office, commented on the appointments: “I am delighted to welcome our new starters. As activity levels and opportunities in the region increase, their appointments will add additional breadth to their respective teams and help us with our ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional service to our growing client base.”
