Dominvs Group, the real estate investment, development and asset management company, has announced changes to its management team, promoting Anthony Simler to the role of CEO.
Anthony joined Dominvs Group as CFO this year and will continue his responsibilities in this area, working closely with Commercial Director Mahesh Shah.
Anthony has a family office background working for 10 years for ultra-high net worth individuals on their investments, property, banking, and family business matters. Prior to this, he qualified as a chartered accountant moving into highly leveraged banking and, latterly, private equity investing in the UK and US.
Anthony has extensive experience of financial planning, business development, turnaround management, operations and fund raising. His previous roles include Chief Financial Officer for the Landon Family Office, Director at the Royal Bank of Scotland in Private Equity and Leveraged Finance and prior to that specialising in financial due diligence at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Anthony comments: “Dominvs Group has grown rapidly over the last two years, increasing its property portfolio to a value of approximately £350 million. Our clear focus now is to further grow our three business streams; residential; commercial and; hospitality, with dedicated teams of professionals bringing a sharper emphasis on operations and profitability.”
