Goadsby, on behalf of St Modwen Properties, have let Suite 1, Ground Floor Alum House, Discovery Court Business Centre, Wallisdown Road, Poole to Lexcom Info Systems Ltd on a new 3 year lease. The suite extends to approximately 821 sq ft and the quoting rental was £20,500 per annum inclusive.
