Goadsby have, on behalf of a private vendor, sold the former Tangerine sweet factory on Alder Road, Parkstone, Poole on an unconditional basis to Frontier Estates. The site comprises 47,480 sq ft of industrial buildings on a gross site area of approximately 2 acres. Substantial interest was expressed from developers and industrial, warehouse and trade counter occupiers, many of whom were interested in the site’s frontage to the busy Alder Road.
More than one party submitted an offer and the site was sold for more than the quoting price of £1.45M plus VAT.
