Shropshire’s leading commercial property consultancies Bulleys and Bradbury Commercial have merged to form Bulleys Bradbury.
The Telford based companies have worked closely together for the last eight years, providing complementary niche services across the Shropshire market.
“This merger creates one of the most experienced commercial property consultancies in the area,” explained Rod Spiby, director at Bulleys Bradbury.
“Both companies share synergies working in the same market. Our combined detailed knowledge of the Telford and wider regional area for over 50 years means we can deliver an enhanced service to both existing and new clients.
“What makes this merger particularly important for clients is our strength in depth of knowledge, experience and contacts in a very niche market.”
Widely respected across the West Midlands, Bulleys has grown its niche commercial property business in Telford significantly since it opened 26 years ago, expanding its business established in Wolverhampton 50 years ago.
During that time, Bulleys has been instrumental in shaping Telford’s commercial property market, acting for clients both locally, regionally and London based, and capitalising on the government investment in the then newly designated new town.
Well known chartered surveyor Richard Bradbury brings 25 years’ experience of the local commercial property market across Telford, Shrewsbury and Shropshire towns, having run his own business Bradbury Commercial in Wellington for the last eight years.
Richard, who is an RICS registered valuer, becomes a director of the newly merged limited company and will run the Bulleys Bradbury office at Central Park, Telford.
He said: “Our combined strength is a win win for everyone and I’m excited for the future. It allows us to bring the highest levels of service to our clients and demonstrates our commitment to growth.”
Bulleys Bradbury are appointed agents for some of Telford’s highest profile schemes including the iconic Telford Plaza office development and major industrial parks such as Telford 54 – where new development is underway to accommodate occupiers from 10,000 sq ft to the largest single unit of 640,000 sq ft, and similarly Hortonwood West, a 54-acre site for employment uses in a highly prominent location.
Established in 1965, Bulleys also has offices in Wolverhampton and Oldbury, where it is recognised for industrial and commercial agency and investment work, together with all other aspects of professional commercial property work including management.
Mr Spiby added: “These offices are unaffected by the merger offering the same high standard professional service with an enviable reputation as specialists in the field of industrial and commercial property consultancy.
“Bulleys will however be working closely with Bulleys Bradbury to offer a comprehensive service.”
This merger follows Bulleys’ announcement earlier this year of its merger with Martin Bloomer Associates to form Bulleys incorporating Martin Bloomer Associates, enhancing the firm’s offering in the Black Country and the West Midlands.
