The Directors of London Clancy are delighted to announce the appointment of Alex Welch BSc based in their Southampton Office. Alex qualified from UWE Bristol last year with a degree in Property Investment & Management and joined London Clancy in March. He has already proved to be an invaluable team member assisting Chris Ridge and David Heda in both agency and professional services. Chris comments that Alex has been able to take full responsibility for a number of our instructions and has been successful in completing his first deal within 4 weeks of joining us.
We are delighted that Alex has fitted in so quickly and he is clearly going to be an asset to our business as we experience increasing activity in the commercial property market.
