East Midlands property consultancy Innes England will now focus on specific business areas rather than traditional geographical areas following a change in management structure.
Until now, the firm has focused on working with clients from its individual offices in Nottingham, Derby and Leicester, but the shift to a workstream-based approach will allow for a more streamlined service.
Four different business areas – agency, building consultancy, management and professional services – will all be led by directors at the firm, under the leadership of managing director Tim Garratt and chairman Robert Hartley.
Matthew Hannah will become head of agency, Mike Thorne will lead building consultancy, Gary Woodward will head up management and Robert Hartley and Steve Holland will look after professional services.
Tim Garratt said: “This new approach to servicing our clients is all part of our plan to continue to expand and improve the business, giving our clients the best service possible.
“By moving away from a traditional geographical structure, we are able to leverage the expertise within the senior team here at Innes England as well as to serve more clients across the UK.
“Our unique position of having offices in Derby, Leicester and Nottingham allows us to deliver an in-depth knowledge of the regional market, and this shift will help us to further increase our already impressive market reach. We remain committed to the three office locations.”
Innes England has been named the Most Active Agent in the prestigious Estates Gazette Interactive competition for eight years in a row as well as securing a number of individual accolades for staff members.
Chairman Robert Hartley added: “This is an exciting time for Innes England as confidence continues to return to the commercial property market across the region and further afield, and our ambitious plans for growth are put into motion.”
