East Midlands property consultancy Innes England has strengthened its Derby office with the appointment of four new professionals.
Annabel Froggatt and Richard Selby have joined as asset management surveyors, alongside Corrina Nicholson who has taken on the role of property administrator and Julie Summer who is now PA to the firm’s Derby management team.
Annabel has experience of property and project management prior to joining Innes England. She has worked for a number of local firms including Hansons Auctioneers and Valuers in Derbyshire and Rolls-Royce.
Richard has extensive experience of overseeing lettings, acquisition and property management, following six years of experience with Nottingham-based firm PWR property consultants.
Gary Woodward, director at Innes England in Derby, said: “It is an exciting for us to welcome four new people to the office, especially in Derby as we are continuing to grow alongside the thriving business community here, which continues to go from strength to strength. Having Annabel, Corrina, Julie and Richard join our Derby office is a positive step, and I am looking forward to working with all four of them in their new roles.
“We work closely with major local and regional firms and we aim to bring investment here, so bolstering our team will help us continue to meet the demands and needs of our clients. Derby is a city on the up, and we are certain we will continue to grow our team of experts here to keep up with growing demand of our clients in the area.”
Innes England is quickly growing its professional team across the region, and is currently searching for a further qualified surveyor to join its Derby team. In this role, a candidate will be working across the firm’s professional services and asset management team for a major client.
Gary added: “We are looking forward to welcoming a new surveyor to the team. We are looking for a diverse individual who can work on all aspects of commercial surveying – from rent reviews to lease renewals. Energy and enthusiasm are also important factors as much of the role will be client-focused and will include direct liaising with the whole team.”
