The launch of new offices at the ITV studios building in Bristol’s Bath Road is a further boost to the city’s credentials as a hotspot for creative and media businesses.
Following completion of a £1.2m refurbishment project by Cube Real Estate, modern suites and offices ranging from 400 sq ft to 30,000 sq ft are now available at Bath Road Studios.
Cube Real Estate director, Jonathan Lawes, commented: “Given our ability to accommodate space requirements from as little as 400 sq ft, Bath Road Studios provides a vibrant working environment which can act as a hub for creative industries. The opportunity to interact with like-minded individuals and businesses is already generating strong interest”.
The striking contemporary offices were designed by the award-winning architectural practice, Stiff & Trevillion, which also created the design concept for Jamie Oliver’s Jamie’s Italian restaurant in Park Street, Bristol.
The new space is being marketed by leasing agents Knight Frank and Jones Lang LaSalle with quoting rents from £14.75 per sq ft.
Jo Crofts, Knight Frank reports: “With ITV studios already occupying part of the building and the successful Paintworks development just across the road, this part of Bristol is becoming established as the creative and media centre of the South West.
“It has already attracted two new occupiers within days of the refurbishment programme being completed.”
