Goadsby, on behalf of St Modwen Properties, have let Suite 11, Ground Floor, Alum House, Discovery Court Business Centre, Wallisdown Road, Poole to DDC Dolphin Ltd on a new 3 year lease. The suite extends to approximately 996 sq ft and the quoting rental was £24,900 per annum inclusive.
