National commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton, has acquired in an off market transaction an 82,000 sq ft warehouse on Woodside Park in Dunstable on behalf of Budget Greeting Cards.
Budget Greeting Cards, whose headquarters are in Manchester, is the leading UK wholesaler of greeting cards with seven trade cash and carry outlets in the UK and Ireland. The company had been searching for some time to expand their operations in order to service north London but were struggling to find suitable premises.
