CPBigwood has announced a new property manager for its London office.
Youssef Aktaou has joined the team as a result of the growing portfolio and pipeline of properties the firm is managing out of the capital.
Mr Aktou switched into the property sector after seven years in the hospitality industry working in various management positions.
It took him to the Grosvenor House Hotel Park Lane and Hilton London Metropole.
He has been an estate manager for nine years, handling a high end mixed scheme of residential and commercial units, a total of 700 residential units and a private gymnasium.
He holds a degree in linguistics, a postgraduate diploma in hospitality management and is a member of the Institute of Residential Property Management.
Ian Smallman, partner in CPBigwood’s residential service charge department, said: “Youssef is an experienced operator who will strengthen our offer.
“We continue our expansion in the London area and we expect further growth to lead to other job opportunities.”
Married with three children, Mr Aktou’s hobbies include cycling, travelling, and both watching and playing football.
