Property consultants Alder King and JLL have secured Gloucester’s largest office letting of 2015 after letting the entire 7,500 sq ft of accommodation in Building 2 Olympus Park, a landmark office building recently refurbished by Legal & General Properties.
The new occupier, a client of Peter Farrington, will relocate to Building 2 Olympus Park, a detached two storey property offering 7,521 sq ft of self-contained space with generous parking provision, later this summer.
Building 1 which, at 23,153 sq ft provides Gloucestershire’s largest available, high quality open plan office space, remains available to let through Alder King and JLL. It is offered as a whole or as smaller suites starting from 5,637 sq ft.
The landlord’s recent £1 million refurbishment of both buildings included an overhaul of central facilities including a new energy-efficient heating system, new WC facilities as well as new flooring and redecoration throughout. Each property enjoys generous parking ratios and is positioned in an attractively landscaped setting.
John Hawkins, associate at Alder King in Gloucester, said: “This landmark building underwent a major refurbishment to bring it in line with modern day requirements and has now attracted a high profile company as occupier. Building 2 provides the prestigious, accessible and open plan accommodation it required to take its business forward.”
The occupier has signed a new five year lease at an undisclosed rent and was advised by Peter Farrington.
