The Midlands office of leading property adviser Bilfinger GVA, has made ten director-level promotions, in line with the company’s wider strategic growth plan.
Damian Lloyd from the Investment team, Paul Holcombe and Simon Miller of the finance team, and HR Director Chris Kent have been promoted to Senior Director. Adrian Griffith from the Offices team, Restructuring and Recovery consultant Alan Ryall, Simon Phillips of Planning, Development and Regeneration, Clare McHugh from the rating team, Richard Malkin from HR, and Paul Nixon of the Energy and Natural Resources team have all been appointed as Directors.
Covering a broad cross section of the company’s business units, these promotions reflect the continued upswing in confidence in the property market and Bilfinger GVA’s commitment to embrace the improving wider economic climate.

GVA employs 380 directors and staff in its Midlands office, the largest of any firm of property consultants outside of London.
