CPBigwood is throwing the doors open to a spectacular pick and mix auction – an amazing mix of properties and lots of opportunities to pick up a bargain.
123 lots go under the hammer on Thursday, July 2, at the Holte Suite, Aston Villa.
Guide prices range from nil to over £1 million and geographical locations stretch from Middlesbrough to Wales.
There are four lots for Birmingham City Council, one for Wolverhampton Council and two for Sandwell Council.
There are seven sets of ground rents, eight restaurants/bar/pubs and a huge spread of residential vacant, residential investment, commercial vacant, commercial investments and land/development sites.
All topped off by a deal that has already gone through – a massive Black Country apartment development proved a major pre-auction success.
Old School Court, Broad Lanes, Bilston, had a price tag in excess of £2.5 million. It attracted a large number of offers over the guide. Now there has been an unconditional exchange of contracts with the winning bidder, Birmingham property group A.H.Field.
Jonathan Hackett, partner and head of auctions, said: “Great deals are on offer.
“There are some where we hope to achieve a figure well in excess of guide, some where we predict interest levels will go crazy and others where we have already been inundated with people wishing to purchase prior to auction.
“It is all very positive.”
On the commercial side, Birmingham City Council is offering two 1950s light industrial premises. Arthur Frank House, 30 Smith Street, Hockley, has a guide of £175,000 while Building D, Riland Industrial Centre, Norris Way, Sutton Coldfield, is available for £125,000.
Pubs for sale, varying from £80,000 to £195,000, include The Kings Head, Hadley, Telford; The Royal Oak, 258 City Road, Fenton, Stoke on Trent; The Hope & Anchor, 27 Redbrook Lane, Brereton, Rugeley; The Holly Bush, Knowle Hill, Hurley, Warwickshire; The Swan Inn, Rugeley Road, Armitage; and another Swan Inn, 162 Walsall Road, Great Wyrley.
The auction begins at 11am.
