Wiggins Lockett Thompson have acted for a Telford company to secure their future in the town.
With instructions to find and secure alternative premises for Hoshizaki Europe Limited who have expanded significantly within their 70,000 sq ft Stafford Park base, the surveyors have managed to save the company significant moving costs by securing the neighbouring property for the firm. The three unit building, known as Pegasus Court, has been acquired with a sitting tenant, and Hoshizaki are now being advised by building surveyors at Wiggins Lockett Thompson on the construction of a link building into one of the units.
Anthony Wiggins, who handled the hunt and acquisition for Hoshizaki said,
“The savings our client has made by buying Pegasus Court are substantial. They no longer need to move and are also receiving an income from the site as well. We are now advising on the rebranding of the site and refurbishment of the 35,000 sq ft of additional space now available to them. Alternative options for Hoshizaki were thin on the ground so to secure such an efficient option was very satisfying.”
David Roberts from Hoshizaki said,
“Wiggins Lockett Thompson have handled the entire process from initial consultation through to completion and are now undertaking the on-going site management. We were delighted to have secured our long term future by acquiring this site, which was unique in its location.”
