Bruce Gillingham Pollard has hired Millie Wilson from Cushman and Wakefield to join as Associate Director working alongside Woody Bruce.
Millie’s appointment will bring a wealth of restaurant and retail leasing experience in both a High Street and Shopping Centre capacity which she has gained during her roles at Savills and Cushman and Wakefield.
During this time, Millie worked on numerous high profile landlord instructions including St David’s, Cardiff, Here East, Hackney Wick and Islington Square, London as well as UK-wide occupier mandates acting on behalf of bakery Paul, Morrisons, Tortilla and Jack Wills.
Millie joins the fast-growing independent boutique commercial letting consultancy to work primarily on the Hammerson portfolio, as well as bringing her knowledge to the business’s central London schemes and Tunsgate, Guildford to which Bruce Gillingham and Pollard were recently appointed.
