A new tailors shop is to bring popular city centre shopping mall The Maltings in Salisbury up to full occupancy.
Property consultancy Myddelton & Major has successfully sewn up a five-year lease for the unit at an asking rent of £11,950 per annum

The ground floor unit, close to leading national chains and local independent traders Sainsburys, Superdrug, Lakeland, Rieker Shoes, The Cake Mill and Cote Brasserie, has been let to Mr Murat Neguzel trading as Stonehenge Tailoring.
The shop is well suited with a frontage on a covered walkway and is just yards from pedestrian links to the bustling Market Place and busy High Street area.
