Crowe Clark Whitehill has been acclaimed Accountancy Firm of the Year at the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW) 2015 West Midlands Chartered Accountant of the Year Awards.
The gala event held at Edgbaston Cricket Club’s banqueting suite heard that the national audit, tax and advisory firm, which has its Midland base in Oldbury, received the blue ribbon award for its “outstanding” level of performance.
The award comes just three years after Crowe Clark Whitehill was named “Professional Services firm of the Year” at the prestigious Black Country Chamber of Commerce Annual Awards.
Midlands managing partner Johnathan Dudley said: “Our profile has never been higher and this is clearly reflected in our results in the Midlands.
“Our main focus is our clients and their success, but the recognition of our peers is welcome as it provides evidence that the industry sees the great strides we are making across the greater Midlands region, including the shire counties of Worcestershire, Staffordshire, Shropshire and Warwickshire.
“This accolade is testament to our staff, because it is their commitment and hard work that is recognised by our clients and our peers.”
In recent years Crowe Clark Whitehill has gone from strength to strength in the region.
Johnathan Dudley said: “This has created opportunities not only for our own staff to grow and develop, such as our recently promoted corporate finance partner Andy Kay, but also for other talented staff to join a progressive and aspirational accountancy firm.”
