Pizza Express continue to expand and have commenced fit out work on a new restaurant to be located in Milton Keynes’s premier restaurant destination The Hub.
The restaurant is to open in Unit 500 A (the former Strada unit) and will be trading on both ground (2,663 sq ft) and first floor (1,749 sq ft) levels after acquiring a new 25 year lease from the landlords, Highclare (MK Hub) Limited at an initial rent of £122,500 per annum. The new store adjoins Café Rouge.
The Hub is a vibrant restaurant, café, bar and lifestyle quarter located in the heart of Milton Keynes. It comprises 2 hotels, 484 apartments and offices on the upper floors. Pizza Express will be joining Nandos, BBK, Living Room, Banana Tree, Turtle Bay, Aqua Italia, Brasserie Blanc, Las Iguanas, Loch Fyne, Zizzi and Café Rouge.
The scheme is 100% let.
