Acting on behalf of their retained client, Majestic Wine Warehouse, property and planning consultants Rapleys, has acquired a new store at Gallagher Retail Park, Cheltenham.
Planning consent to create an additional 3,000 sq.ft extension was granted in September 2014, in line with a £2.5m refurbishment of the Retail Park. Majestic Wine completed their fit out in May 2015 and the store is now open for trading.
They will join the likes of HomeSense, Oak Furniture Land, Costa Coffee and Outfit, who have all recently taken new leases.
