Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby Commercial have completed the letting of 12 Post Office Road, Bournemouth to Mrs Aliaa Sheikh Ali who will open the premises as an internet café.
The subject premises comprise a ground floor sales area of 408 sq ft and was let on a new full repairing and insuring lease for a term of 2 years. The quoting rental was £20,000 p.a. ex.
