Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby Commercial have completed the letting of Unit 3, Denham House, Yelverton Road, Bournemouth to Mr Nabil Charbak who will open the premises as a barber shop.
The subject premises comprise a net internal area of 215 sq ft and was let on a new full repairing and insuring lease for a term of 3 years. The quoting rental was £7,500 pa ex.
