Totton Shopping Centre now has 100% occupancy for the first time in a decade due to the involvement of Primmer Olds.
Evolve Estates recently acquired the centre and their agents, Primmer Olds, have successfully let the final two vacant units soon after.
Comprising circa 900 sq ft, two of the centre’s retail units have been newly occupied by Cat’s Protection, a charity dating back to 1927, and Café Aroma who are already established in the surrounding areas of Lymington, Brockenhurst and Poole and wish to continue their expansion.
Primmer Olds are currently marketing unit 31 adjacent to Cat’s Protection which is due to be vacant later in the year.
